Exuding charm and class with playful pops of color, contemporary decor and thoughtful amenities at every turn, this 2 bedroom, 2-5 bath desert diamond is the perfect home to soak up the sun in luxury. The open floorplan is perfect for entertaining and gathering with a lovely light-filled living room with beautiful furnishings, fireplace and flatscreen TV. Cheery and bright with colored tiles and palm tree views, the cook in the group will love preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy a casual meal at the counter or gather around the sleek dining table that seats 6 and recount the days adventures. The star of the show is the backyard - your own private paradise with a large pool, beautiful landscaping and a seating area ideal for getting your morning Vitamin D, while sipping on a freshly brewed cup of coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail. In the mood to dine alfresco? Fire up the grill and enjoy dinner with lake views. Spend your day lounging by the pool or book an early morning tee time or enjoy a scrumptious meal at one of the many restaurants nearby. Sun-kissed and sleepy, guests will have sweet dreams in their choice of two beautiful ensuite bedrooms. The primary has a king bed, flatscreen TV, double vanity sinks, walk-in shower, and an alcove that can be used as an office - perfect for any guests working remotely - or a vanity for getting ready for a night out on the town. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, flatscreen TV and a shower over tub. Pool and Spa Heating - ADDON Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees. Monthly Stays Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage. Desert Princess Country Club in Cathedral City is a picturesque oasis offering the perfect blend of relaxation and recreation. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and beautifully landscaped grounds, this premier resort community features a 27-hole championship golf course, tennis courts, a fitness center, and multiple pools and spas. Whether you're looking to unwind in the serene desert ambiance or stay active with a variety of outdoor activities, Desert Princess has something for everyone. With its convenient location just minutes from downtown Palm Springs, you'll enjoy easy access to world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment, making it an ideal destination for a memorable getaway. Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description. This is a dog friendly property, there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2), per stay. Dogs Only. Please keep your pup off the furniture (including the couches, chairs, and beds) and pick-up after your pup. Please be sure to clean up after your pets to avoid additional charges. Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am. Per the City, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property. Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out after booking to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in. Your home allows for a virtual check in via a video conference call. Our Guest Experience Team will contact you the week of your arrival to coordinate the live call to be done within 24 hours of your arrival. After your identity is verified and virtual check-in is complete, we will send you your check-in information.
