Upon entering the home, guests will be greeted with a comfortable living room with a large sectional couch, flatscreen TV, and a sliding glass door that leads to the outside oasis. Off to the right of the entry way, a dining table that seats 6 flows into the open, fully-equipped kitchen, making preparing and gathering for meals a breeze! Prefer to grill? Fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco at the outside dining table. The backyard steals the show boasting a fire pit, refreshing pool/spa, views of the San Jacinto mountains, and plenty of lounge seating and sail shades. Sun-kissed and sleepy, guests will drift off to sleep easily in their choice of three private bedrooms on opposite corners of the home, ideal for those guests preferring a little extra privacy. Bedroom 1 - Primary ensuite with king, flatscreen TV, tiled shower with bench, double vanity, and walk-in closet Bedroom 2 - Queen with flatscreen TV Bedroom 3 - Queen with flatscreen TV Hall bathroom; Shower over tub Guests also have access to half of the 2-car garage. Plan your desert escape today! Please note: there are 3 security cameras at this property that all face public areas in front of the house. 1) outside front door; 2) driveway and 3) side of house. No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am. Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees. Monthly Stays & Utility Deposit For stays of 28 nights or more, a utility deposit of $1,500 per month is required. This includes a monthly gas and electric usage allowance of $200. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the deposit. The remaining balance, if any, will be refunded following check-out based on actual usage. Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property. Local regulations also require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances.
